Brief Description: Completed elevator assy

Verified all components and structure were satisfactory to close up the elevator assembly. Completed riveting of the elevator assembly, T02-02. Checked hinge freedom when attached to horiz stab aft spar. Still moves very freely. Located and layed out horizontal stabilizer components. Next big step is to bend the 22.3 deg angle on the fwd spar strap (T03-03).
